Collaboration Process

①Signing a collaboration agreement: Mainly to determine the quantity, price, costs, delivery time and other related cooperation contents.

②Sending mold materials: QUTOYS will send the necessary mold materials to the customizer.

③Penis molding: The customizer is responsible for making a mold of their penis and sending the sample to QUTOYS.

④Clay sculpting: Craft the appearance of the penis using clay to ensure lifelike details.

⑤Wax modeling: Create wax models based on the clay sample, facilitating the subsequent master mold creation.

⑥Master mold creation: Craft the original mold for producing phalluses, similar to making automotive components.

⑦Sub-mold creation: Replicate the master mold for later batch production of phalluses.

⑧Production: Prepare materials and start batch production.

⑨Artisanal hand carving and coloring: Experienced artisans meticulously carve, color, and cool the products through multiple repetitions, achieving a 100% realistic penis replica.

⑩Dust-free packaging: In a sterile environment, the phalluses are packaged in dust-free bags to ensure hygiene.

⑪Delivery: Follow the agreed-upon delivery method, which may include sea or air shipping, with delivery times typically ranging from 25 to 40 days.
